Key Responsibilities:

  • Autonomous Territory Management: Strategically oversee and grow your sales territory, consistently hitting and exceeding quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Business Development: Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities with mid-sized to large Physical Therapy practices, offering tailored product and service solutions.
  • Proactive Prospecting: Utilize both direct methods (calls, meetings) and indirect methods (networking) to discover and engage potential clients.
  • Pipeline Growth: Continuously build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through targeted prospecting and effective lead management.
  • Client Engagement: Promptly connect with prospects generated by marketing efforts, providing valuable feedback to optimize lead quality.
  • CRM Management: Accurately track all sales activities and customer interactions within our CRM system, ensuring seamless progress through each sales stage.
  • Sales Cycle Leadership: Drive the entire sales process from initial contact to successful closure, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Deliver precise monthly forecasts on your sales pipeline, contributing to strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Implement innovative business and marketing strategies to achieve and exceed sales quotas.
  • Key Account Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive account plans that highlight value delivery opportunities and forecasted sales growth.
  • Brand Evangelism: Articulate the company’s vision and differentiate our solutions to clients, positioning us as industry leaders.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors, using this knowledge to enhance your sales strategy.
  • Product Demonstrations: Showcase our products and services effectively, highlighting their benefits and aligning them with client needs.
  • Market Insights: Provide sales management with valuable insights on market conditions and competitive dynamics.
  • Contract Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate contracts with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Travel Flexibility: Travel within your assigned territory and attend industry events as needed, up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a similar sales role.
  • Proven Success: A minimum of five years of successful sales experience, particularly in SaaS and highly regulated industries (Healthcare IT, FinTech, InsureTech).
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience with EMR/EHR, ERP, CRM systems, and a solid understanding of the healthcare IT landscape is a plus.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Outreach.io, and Salesforce.com.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal, listening, and written communication skills, with the ability to craft professional correspondence.
  • Analytical Abilities: Competency in basic math, including the ability to work with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
